I spoke with Walt on the phone, which he called me back quickly to discuss my daughter's (10th grade) issues with Earth Science. Walt was a pleasure to deal with and knew immediately how to overcome her issues. We had Walt over the house to go over past and present assignments and my daughter loved him!
