Aspergers
I have taught many students who have been classified with Aspergers Syndrome. I recently attended a workshop on Aspergers in Buffalo, NY for my school district. I believe the most important education for these students would involve coping socially within his/her school environment, community, and at home.
autism
I have worked with autistic children in self-contained classrooms as well as inclusion classrooms. In my 30 years of teaching, as well as the experience teaching, I have attended many workshops to update my knowledge of autism.
