I am an experienced preschool and elementary school teacher with a Master's degree in Special Education and Early Childhood education. I believe that each child is an individual and should be treated with caring and respect. My approach is to make learning fun, kind of a teacher/grandmother relationship. I have an MS degree in Special Education N-6. I have worked with many children on the autism spectrum both 1:1 and in an integrated classroom and a self contained 1:6 classroom. I have attended many workshops and classes on children with autism. I am very familiar with ABA and Project TEACCH methods.
