From the very first session Marlana was encouraging which took a weight off of me as I had found someone who could truly help me. This was a difficult subject and she eased my fears and helped me to focus on the job at hand; she taught me to review the complete problem and then dissect it in a logical order to cover all aspects of the problem using the right formula. She was able to guide me so that I could work the problems with ease; I understood the concept but was not good when having to put it in action with the exams. My homework grades and exams grades improved greatly. Previously, I had the lowest grades in the class but with Marlana's help I was able to rank with the best, my final exam grade was an A. I would not have done this without her assistance. She is knowledgeable and easy to work with; she is good with assessing your strengths and weaknesses which allows her to then guide you in the right directions. I am so grateful for her help.
