I was failing Physics when I started working with Mark. He made things make sense via email that my professor couldn't explain in person. I went from failing to have an average over 100% (with lots of extra credit assignments that Mark helped me with!) He was easy to understand, great at responding to emails, phone calls, etc and an all around great guy. He was also very accommodating when it came to scheduling. I would definitely recommend him!
