I cant begin to say how lucky we are to have found Lisa on WyzAnt. I have to be honest, I saw Princeton and someone who has not so long ago been through these exams and said this must be it for my daughter. My daughter needed someone she could relate to and Lisa was it! We had other tutors that my daughter (and my wife and I) were not happy with. When we found Lisa we only had about 8 weeks until the next test to get my daughters ACT grades up. Lisa and my daughter met for 2 hours once a week (1 hour math and 1 hour English). It was the only time I can ever remember where my daughter did not complain about the tutor and never once complained about how 2 hours was too long. She enjoyed being with Lisa so much and learned so much from her. Lisa gave her excellent advice on how to take these tests. She also was very good at giving my daughter the mental confidence she desperately needed, which is way beyond the role of a tutor. My daughter moved her math score from a 22 to a 26 in this short period of time. Overall she moved her composite grade up 2 points. If we had found Lisa earlier and had a bit more time, I am confident these scores would have gone even higher.
