Hello My name is Amber. I studied Spanish and Journalism while in college. For a semester, I studied with native students at La Universidad Veracruzana in Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico. It was a great experience allowing me to be fully immersed in the language and culture. I shadowed a reporter with a cultural beat while in Xalapa. Amber is helping my middle school first year Spanish student immensely. She is very patient and uses such a variety of interesting, FUN methods of teaching. She will bring flash cards, work sheets, etc. to the lessons to assist him. In addition she goes over homework, tests, and everything else. She is fabulous and we are so thankful we found her!
