As a highly qualified teachers aide and former home schooling mother, I am interested in helping your student succeed in school. I am currently working within a local school district in our high school credit recovery program. I understand that not every child learns in the same manner. Each student is unique in their style of learning. I have learned to be flexible within the lessons, but still able to encourage students to complete assignments in a timely fashion....

I am a highly qualified aide currently working within the public school. I understand that ADD and ADHD kids may have the need to get up and move around to get the wiggles out. Each child learns differently and these kids may need to have more auditory learning and fewer worksheets and busywork depending on the age of the child.
