ADD/ADHD

I am highly qualified in the area of ADD/ADHD as a result of my educational background as well as my experience working with this population for over 11 years as an Instruction Specialist at The Rich Center for Autism. A great majority of our Autistic students also carry a diagnosis of ADD/ADHD. All goals, objectives and behavior plans for each individual child are developed and implemented with this in mind. I also am currently working with students on a daily basis in our transition program that possess this ADD/ADHD diagnosis. I am responsible for helping these students improve their focus with a variety of methods and modifications.

Aspergers

I have worked with students with an Aspergers diagnosis for 15 years at The Rich Center for Autism. I am currently working with students with this diagnosis specifically at our transition program at a local Catholic School. The objective being to support them in all areas of transition into a mainstream classroom. These areas include: academic, social and behavioral support based on the needs of each individual student as well as the implementation of their IEP goals.
