I love to learn, and I love to teach. As a tutor I work hard to convey the pleasure I derive from both because, in my experience, students who are happy and relaxed while learning progress further, faster. My tutoring sessions seldom involve lectures or extensive explanations. I use a Socratic method. The student and I discuss the subject: I ask lots of questions; the student answers my questions.
