I am a native born Russian and am married to an American. We have moved to the States and I would be glad to help you with Russian. I live in SLO (San Luis Obispo) (or in Moscow, Russia sometimes). I can go to your place within 70 miles, as I have transportation. I am not 100% fluent in English, but I can nevertheless explain concepts in your or my language of course.
