My past personal experience deals with my career in the Boy Scouts of America. I earned Eagle Scout before my 18th birthday and from the ages of 10 to 18 I was teaching scout and camping skills to both kids my age and those younger than I. I have also been actively doing community service in low-income and urban areas since I was a boy.
