EDUCATION: I am a Spanish teacher certified by the state of Oklahoma. In 1978, I received a Law degree from the Universidade Federal da Bahia, in Salvador, Brazil, with emphasis in Labor & Employment Law. In 2005, I completed my Masters in Spanish at the Universidad de Salamanca, in Spain.
