We hired Terese during the summer to "fill in the gaps" in our 15 year old son's knowledge of Algebra 1, which he took last year, and to introduce geometry to him to prepare him for next year. We researched a ton of tutors on WyzAnt and had tried a tutor before. We found our son was not understanding him well, so we tried Terese. In our son's words, she goes at a perfect pace, he can follow everything she is teaching him, and she explains things very clearly. She also makes the lessons fun and gives him practical tips that really help. From our perspective, Terese is very responsive, flexible, prompt, and professional. Plus, as a mom herself, she gets boys - a bonus! We will continue using her throughout the summer and would highly recommend her.
