I am a former lawyer and tax preparer; I am a current tutor and teacher. I grew up in the United Kingdom and Canada, and moved to the U.S. in 1980. Along the way, I got a B.A. at the University of Toronto, and a Master of Philosophy from Oxford in the U.K., and a Ph.D. from Princeton in 1985.
