I have been using Microsoft Outlook for over three years during my employment as a secretary at a law firm. I've spent countless hours navigating and training myself to use this program which was new for me. I have mastered adding custom folders to the toolbar, filing addresses/managing address book and adding attachments to e-mails. These are just a few examples of what I have learned. Our firm heavily relies upon outlook as its primary e-mail source and it is used on a daily basis.
