A little about me -- I've spent much of my career in corporate training -- mostly in IT training end-users as well as train-the-trainers sessions. I've also done consulting training sessions with my MBA alma mater, the RH Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. And last, my wife and I ran a dance studio for nearly a decade where we taught adult education classes.
