Hi! My name is Lauren, and I recently graduated from the College of Charleston with a bachelor's degree in biology. I relate very well to children of all ages, and have worked with children from ages 4-18. I have experience tutoring kids with learning disabilities, such as ADHD and processing issues. Lauren accepted a challenging assignment, working with a Chinese student at boarding school who is very capable in math and science but struggling interpreting the questions and understanding how the U.S. tests. She was able to help him in very tangible ways and to help me identify what exactly he wasn't getting so we could tailor a program to fit his needs. Her background in sciences with English is what drew me to her - not many people have both that right and left brain thinking!
