I am a trained musician, teacher, and writer. I have earned the Hal Simons Memorial Award for Excellence in Music. A Classical Performance Major at West Chester University from 1987 to 1991, I studied under Glenn Lyons while performing with the West Chester Classical Guitar Ensemble, and advanced my jazz and pop playing through studies under Chuck Anderson, with whom I studied for over 20 years.
