My name is Kelly, and I am a teacher of the Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing. I hold a Bachelors degree in Deaf Education from IUP as well as a Masters degree in Learning Design &Technology from Purdue University. My Pennsylvania certifications include Pre-K through 12th grade Deaf Education and K through 6th grade Elementary Education. I have worked with both students that sign and students that are oral.
