I am currently a classroom aide for children with Autism. Our class is mainly mid to high functioning kids between the ages of 15 and 21, but I do have past experience with higher spectrum and younger children. As an aide, I am responsible for tutoring, assisting with daily activities, and supervising/assisting the kids as needed. I am very used to connecting with them on whatever level works for them, and find Autistic kids to be so full of life. I love working with them!

In addition to being very actively involved on and off stage with drama club throughout high school, I also currently work with my former high school on their productions. There are many valuable skills I have picked up between performing and watching/coaching others. As with public speaking, it all begins with confidence in one's self and that is where the interactive exercises begin.
