I reached out to Brian looking for help with the quantitative and critical reasoning part of the GMAT. I have been out of school for a few years and needed a refresh on math topics tested on the GMAT. Brian and I met up Saturday September 20 at the public library. We chatted a bit about where I struggled most and then we got to work. Brian did a great job walking me through, step by step, how to solve problems involving things like fractions, decimals, and ratios. I will try some questions on topics we covered and go to Brian with questions. I think if we continue down this path I will have the confidence and knowledge to succeed.

Brian came to our home with short notice and tutored my daughter for one hour for her Math SAT's. When she retook the test a few days later -Woot Woot! Her Math score went up from 590 to 710 --120 points!!!! Ya can't beat that. September 2013! I cannot believe our daughter has started her freshman year in college and our son a sophomore in high school. Brian, you have been a true life saver at times. When the kids wanted to "hate" a subject or a theory you always had a brilliant way of having them understand why it was necessary or important. Three years later and going strong. You started off as our daughter math tutor and took on the task of assisting our son with tutoring as well (A challenge) as they are as different as night and day. Brian has not only tutored in math he has also, helped with English and any other subject area the children needed additional explanation or another set of eyes to review the work completed. Our daughter was awarded partial scholarship and still has an open line of communication with Brian when needed. Via Internet communications she is able to still work with Brian on a as needed basis. We are happy to announce her first college paper she received a 94! And has maintained an A average in her mathematics class. When Brian began tutoring my daughter it was the end of the first marking period and she received a C in the class.
