I have 18 years experience teaching people to use technology effectively, and have been a Mac user since 1984. I love helping people use technology to get more done in less time and with less work. I can show you how to get the most out of your investment in Apple products & master using your Mac, iPhone, and iPad. I also specialize in technology troubleshooting and support, so if you want, I'll teach you how to avoid or fix many common issues -- I'd like to see you grow independent from me ...

I ran IT Operations including all LAN, WAN, VPN, & Firewall management for a small office for several years, and I routinely set up & troubleshoot networks for my tech support clients.

I've been a computer enthusiast my entire life, and have worked professionally as an IT manager, web developer, and software development manager. My strength is in simplifying technology through translating, troubleshooting, and teaching.

I was looking for advancement in my Wordpress building & hosting skills. Yet I was looking more for a big picture person who grasps the database & server/hosting side & explanation to it all. Not someone who solely knows Wordpress, pages, posts plugins etc. We got through it and even though some questions became Windows & GoDaddy specific, Adam was still able to answer them. I feel reading message boards and watching videos can only get me so far, and now and then I reach a point where I need a Q&A, or just need to understand the theory behind what I'm doing. This was what I needed.

Adam sat down with me and my wife and was very patient with our ignorance of all things Apple/Mac. He explained in very clear terms and concepts how our computer works and what we should do. Huge thumbs up.
