I have been involved in science education for over 30 years and I have taught chemistry from the middle school level up to and including pre-med students preparing for the MCAT. My daughter has told me that she found Mr. S's tutoring very helpful. Her main problem was that she did not learn well with the teaching style of her school teacher and so, she was left with a lack of understanding of the topics being taught in class. Mr. S. was able to expand on the concepts she was learning and show her visual examples that helped to reinforce her understanding. He went over worksheets with problems and provided her with his own problems he thought she should try to solve. Overall, Mr. S. was a very helpful tutor who I would recommend to any of my daughter's classmates or any student needing help with Physics or Chemistry.

Jack is a great tutor! I worked with him to prepare for the physical science section of the MCAT. Jack is very patient and great at explaining tough concepts like thermodynamics. Working with Jack helped me raise my physical science score by 4 points!
