I work at a daycare and have acquired several teaching methods. I deal with students with special needs such as ADHD, ADD, OCD, and even autism. I love my job and work really well with children. I believe I am qualified to tutor students with ADD/ADHD because I tutor my sister who has ADHD. She struggles staying concentrated and I have found creating games or doing hands on activities helps her to retain more information. I also deal with students at daycare with various learning disabilities and realize that each child needs things taught in their own way, the key is being willing to find it.
