Certified elementary education teacher grades 1-8
I am certified in all subjects grades 1st through 8th. I have taught in two private schools. I have completed the college courses for add-on certification in early childhood and SPED but have not taken the state tests yet. I enjoy working one on one or in small groups. I feel students get the most benefit from my teaching experience when I work with students individually. I am in the process of applying to colleges in order to to complete my masters in SPED....

Not only am I an elementary ed teacher, but I also have 18 course hours toward an add on certification in SPED (I just need to take the state test in comprehensive SPED). I also have a 29 year old son with ADHD. I have done many studies on ADHD and how best to help those students in their studies.
