I have prior experience tutoring with an agency called Tutor For All. I enjoyed meeting with the families and ensuring that their child or children will succeed. ADD/ADHD can be overcome with patience and a constant plan to have your child follow. I have worked with children for 8 years that have ADHD. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology from Morgan State University. The undergrad concentration is in Human Behavior with the emphasize on Adolescent Behavior. As a tutor, I will help your child adapt in the classroom and learn effectively. As a tutor, I can work with your child and with his or her teacher to implement great practical strategies for learning both inside and out of the classroom. With consistent support, this disability can be conquered. The parent will need to stay with the strategies implemented so that we can see the student succeed.
