I have been involved in various aspects of business such as Finance, Accounting and Business strategies for many years. As a CPA, I have also assisted numerous clients to improve their businesses.

I have in excess of 10 years of industry experience in the use of the C/C++ programming languages and embedded real-time software, including RTOS, for wireless devices especially cell phones for 2nd/3rd/4th generation wireless systems. As a licensed CPA, I have had to, on numerous occasions, deal with very complex finance structures and instruments and the interconnection of global markets an information transfer. I am very conversant with methodologies used by large organizations to manage their portfolio risks and to improve the bottom line. I will gladly provide additional information if required.

I have worked extensively in industry as a software programmer and embedded real-time software developer. I have programmed microprocessors, DSPs, for system-on-a chip(SOC). I currently teach C and C++ programming languages and very familiar with most of the advanced topics in computer engineering (hardware and software). I believe i have the necessary background and experience to teach the course effectively.

During the course of my undergraduate and graduate degree programs, I took several courses in computer programming, including computer algorithms -linked-lists, binary search algorithms, writing and debugging techniques, software architectures, and memory management. I have also taken post-graduate courses on specific computer programming languages such as: C, C++, Python, and Assembler. I have in excess of 7 years' experience as a computer programmer in industry.

I have B.Sc, M.Sc and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering (EE). I have also worked several years, in industry, as an electrical engineer in a variety of applications. Over the course of my studies, I took all the necessary basic and advanced courses in EE.

linear algebra

Linear algebra is fundamental area in electrical and electronics engineering. I have a PhD in Digital Communications (which is part of electrical engineering) and have taken and worked with advanced topics relating to linear equations, matrices, affine projection spaces, matrix decomposition. I have also used the tool 'Matlab' which is a short form for Matrix laboratory to solve many problems in this area.

marketing

I have a master's in business administration (MBA) degree. I have taken advanced courses in marketing strategies and procedures to aid in understanding the competitive environment and framework. I have solid experience in market forecasting techniques and business statistics. I believe I have the necesssary background and experience to effectively tutor this course.

MATLAB

I have a good and solid engineering and scientific background and used MATLAB extensively during the course of my research (PhD). In addition, I have several years (>10years) of experience in industry as a Research and Development engineer and used MATLAB tool extensively. I am very familiar with most of the advanced topics in Matlab and confident in my ability to teach the course effectively.

Microsoft Project

I have in excess of 15 years' experience in the engineering industry. During this period, I have worked as a project and program manager for a variety of very high-profile and capital intensive projects. Also during the course of my MBA degree program I took all relevant courses in Project Management as required for PMP certification. I am very experienced in Microsoft Project 2014 software and topics such as Gant chart and resource allocations. Also as a CPA accountant I am very versed in budgetary matters and cost accounting for projects. I believe I have the necessary experience and qualifications to tutor this course efficiently. I have experience in income tax preparation and have prepared over 500 returns both for US and Canada individual income tax.
