Before teaching Spanish at the high school level, I lived in Costa Rica for two years and traveled in South America. My enjoyment of teaching facilitated my decision to complete my Master's with course work in Spanish from UT Austin and summer courses in Spain and Mexico offered by California State at Sacramento.
