I am a biotechnology scientist which holds an honors degree in Food Science and Biochemistry from LSU (1975), and a Master Degree in Biochemical Engineering from University College London, UK (1976). I also completed additional courses at MIT on Fermentation Technology and worked as a Research Assistant at University of Wisconsin School of Medicine.
