Microsoft Excel
I have vast experience with Microsoft Excel and have used it for years in both professional and personal settings. I love working with students (adults and children) to help them see how easy this program actually is and how it can simplify their lives. I have successfully taught students from basic to advanced skills.
Microsoft Outlook
I have worked with Microsoft Outlook both personally and professionally and have successfully trained others in the program. I can teach anything from basic operations to its most advanced features and would love to help you do the same!
Microsoft PowerPoint
Microsoft PowerPoint is an essential tool for anybody who finds themselves needing to give presentations or lead meetings. I have used Microsoft PowerPoint to create slides and more advanced presentations -- even an animated film! I would love to show you how to use this program for basic slideshows and more advanced presentations to get the most out of your time.
Microsoft Publisher
I have vast experience with Microsoft Publisher. I have used it daily in jobs for years. I am also often asked to help and tutor others in the program in the professional environment.
Microsoft Word
I have used Microsoft Word on a daily basis since before many people had personal computers. I have grown with the program and readily learned and taught its new features. With the layout shift in 2007, many more people are finding the program difficult to navigate. I have successfully worked with students to learn the basics and become familiar and comfortable with the newer versions.

Allison was a great tutor. She was very knowledgeable, on-time and understood exactly what I needed to get ahead to the next level. I highly recommend her for tutoring.

Allison has been tutoring our 12 year old daughter for nearly 2 years, 4 times/week. She is incredible at managing behavior issues which compound learning difficulties. Our daughter has made progress in more complicated addition/subtraction, multiplication and early division. Allison is adept at finding methods to help kids understand the concepts of math. For example, she taught our daughter division by applying multiplication concepts which were easier for her to learn. Additionally, Allison is preparing our daughter for her bat mitzvah next year. She has made great strides in reading Hebrew. Allison is a valuable 'member of our family' who provides professional, disciplined and compassionate tutoring for our daughter. We are grateful to have her in our daughter's life.

We've only had her 3 times but our son is very comfortable & motivated to do well. I'm excited to see the positive impact she will have on him. He's in the 5th grade.

I have four year old twins boys and yesterday was our first session. It went great! Allison was immediately able to relate to the boys as if they had known her for awhile. She has was really good at getting them to participate and learn even though they thought they we just having fun.

You could see my son's face relax as he worked with Allison. He was so happy at the end of our first session and proudly announced on the way home that he thought Allison was going to be a great tutor for him!
