Mrs. Rochelle is a very helpful tutor because she always makes sure that you are understanding the concepts that she is teaching you. Also, she tells you little tricks here and there on the SAT to avoid making careless mistakes that can harm your score. She also has simple and effective strategies for every type of question that is covered on the SAT. Furthermore, she assigns homework to practice the main strategies even more. This really helps because as I am doing my homework each time, I am starting to miss less questions on the Critical Reading and Sentence Completion sections. Overall, I would rate Mrs. Rochelle as an excellent tutor because her techniques have helped me to succeed. When I got my results back from the test I took in January 2014, I found that my essay score and my grammar score drastically increased overall. Before these tutoring sessions, my score would be in a range from a 3-3.5. With her help, I started to consistently write 5s on my essays. Her techniques helped as I scored a 10 on the essay in the SAT test of January 2014. Furthermore, because of her techniques, my grammar score shot up by 80 points. From a score of 580 the first time around, I scored a 660 with her help of her strategies. My Critical reading score also increased drastically due to her strategies and more practice with Critical reading questions. She is an excellent and a very helpful tutor for the English part of the SAT.

When I signed up with WyzAnt I was not sure what to expect. I was panic and frustrated. My 7 year old was behind on her reading and writing for the 2nd and 3rd school quarter. The school had her on 4 times a week interventions during recesses and that was not helping her improve. By the 2nd week of tutoring with Mrs. M. my daughter started scoring higher testing scores. Her 4th quarter she brought her grade up from 66% to 80%. Passing reading and writing with an "S" for the year! All of the hard work paid off. Wow! I am very proud of her and very impressed with Mrs. M's philosophy skills and follow up directly with the school teacher and me. Mrs. M. went the “extra mile” to make sure my daughter was well prepared for testing day's with out being asked! I will continue the tutoring with Mrs. M. for the summer; as I am confident she will prepare my daughter for her 2nd grade. I highly recommend Mrs. M. she is a well rounded individual, intelligent, patient and detailed orientated.
