Helping children improve reading and writing for over 18 years
After working in elementary schools as a teacher, literacy coach, and reading specialist, I opened my own tutoring business in west Houston. I have a Masters in Education (Reading and Language Arts Curriculum and Instruction). By working closely with parents and teachers, I am able to help children become better readers and writers. I work with students with ADHD, dyslexia, and who receive special education services. I also work with children who enjoy reading and writing and want to further develop those skills. My teaching philosophy is that all children deserve to be the best reader and writer possible, and I believe a positive environment with a qualified educator is the key.
