My two children have been in a full time mandarin-immersion program for 3 years. They are young (ages 6, and 4) and I felt they needed a brush up over the summer while we are traveling. I haven't had a lot of success with online tutor types of providers but I am so impressed with Weishe (and WyzAnt for finding him) Weishe is so brilliant and so attentive and yet he is phenomenal with children (rare combination!) My oldest thinks he is the coolest thing in the world and has taken such an interest in every subject he's talked about. He doesn't merely just tutor content or brush up on Mandarin language skills--- he sparks an interest and brings content behind it to teach! He knows how to motivate and even brought little rewards (chinese currency, etc...) to help and those are the things the kids will never forget!
