I use Outlook on a daily basis to keep track of tasks, keep my contacts information and my calendar. Although it has the option for e-mail, I don't use it at this time. An effective way to teach this tool is using everyday tasks, showing how we can keep track of our daily activities and be notified when our due dates are approaching.

In searching for a tutor I needed help with an upcoming college course. This was my third attempt in computer applications so I needed someone who could help me be successful and pass my course. I needed a tutor who was knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Access 2013 and who could explain these applications to a non-familiar user. I knew after our first meeting, I found the right tutor to help me with my college course.
