Experienced Fitness Instructor

I was a competitive swimmer for 14 years. My first job was as a lifeguard and swim instructor at the local pool in my community. Since finishing college, I am currently an active triathlete, I try to complete at least 4 races a year. I love to be active and run, swim, cycle, go to the gym, and take fitness classes regularly. I normally work out about two times a day during the week and for 2 - 3 hours Saturday mornings. I love coaching and helping people to reach their fitness goals....
