How am I unique? Why would I be most helpful? I have 96 post graduate hours including cross-cultural communication. I trained trainers at half the locations of one of the top telemarketing firms in the US: communication, sales, product knowledge and teaching skills. I pioneered distance learning via teleconference (today we would include video) so that all the trainers could be reached at once, could hear each others' feedback, questions, needs, etc. I have taught in Spanish in Argentina ...
