I came to Natasha around the end of my junior year in high school, in panic from my extremely low SAT score of about a 1500. Despite starting so late, she took me in and set me up for a crash course SAT curriculum. Within 8-9 weeks, Natasha took me in twice a week for two hours each session. She focused on Math and Writing during this time and I was able to improve my score over 300 points. I came back to her afterwards to work on the Reading section of the exam, only to see even more of an improvement. She always told me that "practice does not make perfect, but perfect practice makes perfect" and how to tackle the SAT. Her methods are always positive and are always motivating. The tutoring experience is very personal and her classroom set is up comfortable and very up to date. Her use of technology incorporates technology that makes learning even easier. A lot of the work, however is meant to be done at home. She will teach you everything you need to know to get a perfect score on the SAT, but it is a matter of how much you apply yourself outside of the classroom. It is impossible to just show up to a few sessions and expect a rapid improvement without any effort. But with Natasha, that won't be a problem because she will assign you plenty of work! Each session, she would go over my homework and essays to personally point out where I went wrong, and how to correct my errors. When you haven't been keeping up with your work, she will notice and make sure to keep you motivated to stay on track. As a person who usually lacks the motivation to crack open some SAT practice problems, Natasha definitely leaves you walking out of her classroom motivated to get on track. Although her tutoring is in the high price range, her rate is definitely worth every penny as long as you put forth the effort.

Natasha is a fantabulous SAT tutor. Even though I had attended other SAT prep courses before I started with her, they haven't been helping me much.
