Mica is great and she knows statistics there is no denying that. But once she is busy, she doesn't take care of her clients. I asked her to review some data, she scheduled 4 hours and she didn't do it. We met over coffee and we reviewed the same data in 1 hour. I had to wait two weeks for that to happen. I recommend Mica for statistical analysis, but recruit her at the beginning of the summer holidays, not at the end.
