I am a native Spanish speaker with a degree from the University of Zaragoza in Spain, a teaching certificate in Spanish and French by the University of Texas at Arlington, and 20 years of experience teaching Spanish in public high schools in Fort Worth and Arlington. I also tutored students after school and adults at Global Language Center, and mentored new teachers. Dori is patient and adaptable. She wasted no time getting me into the neat and bright office in her home and then getting started on finding out my current level of Spanish and my needs. I think she is going to be a great "fit" and I am looking forward to ongoing lessons with her!

Ms. V. is a knowledgeable and skilled tutor. She spent the first hour assessing my Spanish and my goals for improving my language skills. I found her assessment to be right on point. She gave me homework assignments to start me on the way accomplishing my goals. I am very pleased and will probably make a long term commitment to working with her shortly. 2nd class. My second class was again a great learning experience. I am looking forward to my next one. I just completed my 5th class, and I am very happy with my progress. I recommend Ms. V. to any and all students of Spanish who wish to rapidly improve their language proficiency. As always, my session with Ms. V was great.
