I graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. I then spent a year and a half living in Costa Rica teaching English in impoverished areas. For the past 4 1/2 years, I have worked as a 911 emergency dispatcher in Longview, where I receive calls for emergency services from Spanish speakers on a daily basis.
