When my niece from Mexico told me she was coming to visit me for 3 weeks I decided to get her a tutor for her to improve her English. I took a chance and signed up with WyzAnt where I found Camille H. Once we met Camille for my Niece evaluation I knew she was the right choice. Camille came to our house for 3 weeks every day for 2 hrs and provided my niece with a calendar of English lessons that included vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, and conversation. My niece enjoyed every single class since Camille always went the extra mile to make learning fun. My niece improved every aspect of her English and she was very confident to go back to Mexico and get a better grade in her English classes. We hired Camille primarily to teach our son how to read. He knew most of the sounds of the alphabet which we needed to convert to reading. Like most kids he gets distracted very quickly. Camille takes the first session to understand your child's needs by way of a leisurely quiz and then customizes her lesson for your child's specific needs. She brought games, toys and other creative ideas that made our son engaged and enjoy the learning process. Within two months he learned how to read basic sentences. We then incorporated other subjects like Math and Science. She again exceeded our expectations as she had him do science projects that helped our son learn about the environment, plants, animals and basic applications of math. She also gives relevant homework to ensure your child is mastering the concepts. I definitely recommend Camille and looking forward to her tutoring our 1 year old—of course when she gets older.
