I’m Spencer. I graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering and a minor Mathematics from Weber State University. In 2015 I graduated with my Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Naval Post Graduate School. I’ve always enjoyed tutoring people, whether it was my friends, family or neighbors, I have always found it fun.
