elementary (k-6th)

I am a boarding school chemistry teacher. One of the most important things when working with elementary age students is to be patient and provide positive feedback and positive reinforcement. Make sure that the beginning of each lesson starts off on a positive note and makes them feel comfortable and willing to put in the work. Present the information in multiple ways to reinforce confidence and understanding. Practice, practice, practice!

voice (music)

This past spring I held an a cappella week long course at the school where I teach, and have sang in an a cappella group for all 4 years of college, and have been singing since I was very young. I had multiple solos during my time in college.

In just three weeks we have seen amazing results with Connor as a tutor for our daughter taking the IB Chemistry. Connor has excellent skills, is a very nice person and makes sure what she is teaching is understood. She is great and we are going to recommend her to anyone.

Connor is an excellent tutor! She has an excellent teaching style. Very patient and she takes the time and breaks the material down that made it very easy for my high school son to understand the concepts.
