While Herbert could see and hear me, I could neither see nor hear him even while we had optimized our Web browsers for online audio/video communication. It worked during the first lesson, but in lesson 2 and this lesson, it hasn't worked. I changed no settings since the first lesson, so I don't think this is my fault. I will call WyzAnt about this.
