I have worked with several students that were diagnosed with ADHD. When I taught at a private school, many students relied on our abilities to provide individual learning plans with extended time and resources. I patiently and respectfully teach students with ADHD in groups and one-on-one, telling them that they can work hard to achieve their goals. This approach has proven to help their educational confidence and understanding along the way.

I have always had trouble with math. No offense to male tutors, but the last two I had (on my own) made me feel like an idiot. Becky makes me feel very comfortable. She explains things very thoroughly, and goes over them as many times as I need until I understand. She gives me examples and has a warm personality.
