James hit the ground running with our family beginning with the phone interview. He exhibits an enormous amount of patience and flexibility. He is a good listener and very knowledgeable to support the needs of our 15 year old with regards to the subjects in his “wheel house†and the necessary study and organizational skill improvements we want to achieve. Our son is very comfortable James and looks forward to his tutoring sessions. We've noticed improvement in the first three weeks but realize we are just at the tip of the iceberg.
