Rocket Scientist Wants Students To Tutor
I worked for NASA as an Aerospace Engineer in the 60s, 70s and 80s. I even applied to be a member of the Astronaut Corps while working for NASA. I left NASA after receiving a Ph.D. in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering because I wanted to be a teacher to influence the lives of young people. I enjoy being a role model, tutor and mentor. I come from a family with a lot of teachers. I started teaching in 1983 at Old Dominion University. I taught there for 33 years, until I retired in 2016. ...
