I am currently a math teacher at a High School. I have taught at the high school level (Geometry, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, Precalculus and Calculus) for 13 years and was a Lecturer at the University of Missouri in Rolla (UMR) for two years and a lecturer at the University of Kansas (KU) for two years. I took three different "high level" (at that time - internet/website not even conceived): FORTRAN, PASCAL, C+. I wrote a program for my Master's Degree project in BASIC. As an electrical engineering student, I wrote programs for several Intel microprocessors. I worked for a year at King Radio where I was given control diagrams and wrote PASCAL programs to implement the control algorithms on the microprocessors in the Gold series autopilots.

I took linear algebra as an engineering student. Then when I was teaching at UMR, I taught a Linear Algebra class. It is primarily about matrices, and I thoroughly understand matrices.

logic

As a Lecturer in Electrical engineering, the first topic -- the basis upon which the rest of the course is built, is in logic. When I teach Geometry at the High School, we cover logic in Chapter 2. If this is not a logic class in the math department, then it is probably not the same thing that I am thinking of. If it is a math class, I have taught it in college and at high school.
