During my 30 years of teaching at Twinfield Union School, I collaborated with a team to create a 5/6 curriculum and program that included all subject areas. I engaged students within the classroom with activities such as quests, science and cultural fairs, poetry bingo, simulations of historical periods, and more. I also extended experiences to outside the classroom with "journeys" on our 88-acre campus, and trips that included annual week-long and overnights to environmental education center...
